Before practicing as an attorney, Alan was certified by the State Bar of California as a certified law student where he served several civil litigation attorneys with his primary focus on personal injury law. His work resulted in numerous settlements for parties involved in various personal injury matters.
After law school his practice primarily focused on personal injury and litigation. He's litigated many personal injury matters resulting from the negligence of another. He's received Reuters Witkin Awards for Torts and Civil Procedure. He's handled automobile, dog attacks, food poisoning, assault & battery, trip & fall, slip & fall, professional negligence, and other personal injury cases.

Overview & Experience
One of the first cases Alan worked as a Certified Law Student was an head-on auto collision, which resulted in severe injuries to the parties involved. Alan's work contributed to uncovering supplemental insurance and quick resolution prior to filing of a lawsuit. After starting his injury practice, Alan represented plaintiffs in premises liability actions, food poisoning cases, dog attacks, assault & battery cases, and other general negligence and personal injury matters.

Witkin Awards
Alan Fassonaki received numerous honors awards during law school and file practicing personal injury law. While in law school he received multiple Thomson-Reuter Witkin Awards. Thomson-Reuter Witkin Awards are awarded each semester by the Witkin Legal Institute at Thomson Reuters. The awards are presented to students attaining the highest grades in qualifying courses. Education
Alan received his Bachelors of Arts from California State University, Northridge in Journalism, Communications and Related Studies. He received his Juris Doctor from University of West Los Angeles, School of Law. Alan graduated with magna cum laude honors, which means "with great praise" and is only awarded to those within the top 10% of their class. Alan was also on University of West Los Angeles's Deans's List from 2012 to 2015,
