Extremely responsive, knowledgeable, and reliable
I was having an issue with a tenant who was living in my two bedroom house. Her lease was over and she was going to vacate but was not taking responsibility for damages made to the house. I called Alan for legal advice on how to proceed and what my rights were as a leaser.
